How To Set Company FAQs and Offers

Learn how to add your business FAQs and current offers so your AI agent can answer common questions and promote your services on every call.

Step-by-step guide

    Open your agent settings

    Log in to app.optiphone.ai and navigate to Settings. Select the agent you want to update.

    Add your FAQs

    Find the FAQs section and click Add FAQ. Enter the question your customers commonly ask and the answer you want your agent to give. Add as many as you need — the more detail you provide, the more accurately your agent can respond.

    Add your current offers

    Find the Offers section and click Add Offer. Enter the name of the offer and a short description. Your agent will mention relevant offers during calls when appropriate.

    Save your changes

    Click Save once you've added your FAQs and offers. Changes take effect on the next incoming call.

  5. 5

    Test your agent

    Call your business number and ask one of your FAQ questions to confirm your agent responds correctly. You can update or remove FAQs and offers at any time from Settings.
