Step-by-step guide

    Find your Optiphone agent number

    Log in to app.optiphone.ai and navigate to Settings. Your unique agent number is displayed at the top of the page.

    Set up call forwarding on your phone

    On most Australian carriers, activate conditional call forwarding by dialling **21*[agent number]# from your business phone. Conditional forwarding sends calls to your agent only when you don't answer — your phone still rings first.

    Test the forwarding

    Call your business number from another device and let it ring out without answering. It should forward to your AI agent within a few rings.

  4. 4

    Verify in your dashboard

    Open Call Logs in app.optiphone.ai. Forwarded calls appear there once your agent has handled them.
