ServiceM8
Optiphone connects directly to ServiceM8. It captures callers as contacts, can create jobs automatically, and gives you full control over whether the AI books into your schedule or just takes the details for your team to confirm. Booking is off until you switch it on, and plenty of owners leave it that way on purpose: the AI still gathers everything you need to pick a time, so you make the call without having to ring the customer back. Contacts sync both ways.

Xero
Optiphone connects directly to Xero. It keeps your contacts in sync both ways and reads your paid invoices to show who your highest value customers are. It is read-only on your accounts and never changes an invoice.

Google Calendar
Optiphone connects to Google Calendar so the AI books around your real availability. You choose which calendars sync and whether the AI books confirmed appointments or simply takes the caller's details.

Outlook and Microsoft 365
Optiphone connects to Outlook and Microsoft 365 the same way as Google Calendar. It respects your busy times, books into the calendars you choose, and only books when you switch it on.
